    Loved everything about this stay. Its just a beautiful hotel! And location is perfect. Breakfast was a highlight and so was the rooftop!

    Awesome 2-night stay at Canopy! The hotel is very new, clean and beautifully designed. Room is of good size and the bed is very comfortable. It will be better if there are more toiletries in the room. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming!. Definitely will stay at Canopy in the future.

    Unfortunately, this stay did not fully meet the level of service as expected. During the severe rain and flooding in Bangkok, we requested 2 umbrellas for two guests. However, a staff member insisted that only one umbrella could be provided because the hotel needed to reserve its limited supply for other guests. As a result, one of us had to walk through the heavy rain to purchase a raincoat for the other. I understand that supplies may have been limited, but the way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and lacked consideration, particularly during such difficult weather conditions. Because of the flooding, we also arranged an airport taxi with the same staff member in advance. The arrangement was handwritten and recorded by him, but the taxi was never booked, and no one informed us. Try imagine if we did not call to ask the front-desk staff in the morning to cross check the airport transporatation by ourselves. We may had missed flight due to this situation. Fortunately, another front-desk staff member assisted us promptly the following morning and resolved the transportation issue upon the morning call checking from us to secure the transportation due to the flood. The restaurant's operating hours were another inconvenience. The restaurant is having closing and break periods, as going outside to find food was neither easy nor convenient sometimes. I sincerely hope these issues resulted from one staff member's handling rather than reflecting the hotel's overall service standard. On a positive note, the hotel has an excellent location, it is just a few minutes' walk from the BTS station and directly opposite Terminal 21, making it very convenient for travellers.
