    Not friendly reception. Bad smelling property, stayed on the 3rd floor but the oder came from first floor up. Better on the 8th floor. Room not very clean.

    Was a great place but a bit dated now the rooms are seeing the wear and tear but overall it’s clean and tidy and the staff are lovely Funny smell of adhesive through out the building that could be from construction next door but for a large room at the price can’t complain The towels need a upgrade

    1. On Friday evening at 8 PM, when I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. The staff member was in the break room watching YouTube videos. It took another 20 minutes before other employees helped to locate them, and only then did they arrive, very late. The hotel's bathroom and sink area would accumulate water, and even after reporting the issue, it was not resolved. The problem persisted for five days. The booking information on Agoda was unclear. I selected a smoking room, but immediately after booking I received a notice stating that smoking was not allowed and that I could only smoke outside on the balcony. The deposit was fully charged and the reservation was non‑refundable. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Nana Station, which used to be free during the several years I stayed here. Now, when requesting the shuttle, the driver shows obvious displeasure, mutters complaints, and demands a tip. Even though I do not understand Thai, it was clear he was unhappy. The required tip makes the short ride more expensive than taking a taxi. I strongly suggest the hotel cancel the shuttle service altogether, as guests should not have to endure such treatment.
