    Stayed for 5 nights. 18-23 July. Room 603. Last floor. I got upgraded to a bigger room upon check in. No extra cost. Awesome! Very clean room. Spacious room. Relatively quiet at night. Nice view from balcony. Good for smokers because you can smoke at the balcony. All the counter staff are very friendly and polite. Always available 24/7 to assist you. Special mention to the counter staff 'Hay' or something. Didn't really get her name. thin, skinny tall girl with spectacle. She's always helpful and polite. Thank you.

    All the staff were very kind and truly professional. Originally, I wanted a twin room, but since there was no availability, I booked a double room. At check-in, the staff informed me that a twin room would become available partway through my stay and that I could move then. Normally, I would have had to check out and check in again, but on the moving day, a staff member was actually waiting outside my room. As soon as I stepped out, they immediately moved my luggage to the new room for me. I was really impressed by this level of care. The price was unbelievably cheap, so I was a bit worried about safety at first, but all the guests were well-mannered and it was very quiet. There was one night when a group of Western guests were noisy, which surprised me, but they were young, so I think that kind of thing can happen sometimes. The location is great, the property is very clean and comfortable, and yet the price is extremely low. On top of that, the staff’s attentiveness and professionalism are like those of a luxury hotel. I am truly grateful, and I definitely want to stay here again next time.

    It has a free washing machine and dryer; you only buy the detergent and fabric softener. The female-only room with 6 beds was perfect. Close to Terminal 21. I paid an average of €9 per night.

    I made a mistake by not looking at the room and ended up in the sharing room with strangers and as soon as I found out I’m just being asked for more money to change it to the private room but they asked for more money thn I could have just book a private room and pay less Not happy at all like I paid a lot of money already and if they wanna change it just ask me to pay a little more not just double because you know I’m asking for a private room
