WORK AND CHILL
The spa was very good, the staff at the reception super helpful. The room was very big and the toilet very nice as well. Very nice view too. I was there to work and chill at the spa and it was perfect!!!

Extremely expensive breakfast for what it was (!)
the bed were very comfortable
There were marks of moisture in the sealing of our bedroom as well as the PRICE of the breakfast. The breakfast was EXTREMELY poor. Just 4 slices of cheese (same type of cheese), some ham, concentrate juice, water, two types of bread, and small packages of butter and other things. THE BREAKFAST COST 54 euros (!!!) INSANE. We were quite satisfied by the hotel until we had breakfast. This really ruined our stay. I feel ripped off.

Worth it for beautiful room only if you’re in the area
Our bedroom was stunning as we got a free upgrade on booking.com and a great genius deal that made it great value for money on the room
The breakfast was extortionate! Over 54 euro for two for a buffet and we weren’t given the price, the coffee was horrendous I couldn’t drink it and the woman on duty didn’t even open the omelette bar for us. Complete rip off

Everything was perfect: the location is in a lovely part of Klagenfurt, there is an excellent connection to the bus system, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the buffet breakfast is varied, with small but noticeable changes daily.

Hotel and location is very good but staff needs to be better trained for such kind of a location
Very nice Hotel with clean room and nice terrace
employees chatting with each other in the 'glas office' next to the reception not stopping even if they realize that people are waiting at the reception. And I don't mean that they just finished a conversation - they just kept talking and let the guests wait. Happened to me 2 times in the one-night stay at the hotel.

A beautiful place to be !
The place is fantastic! Due to too much noise on one night we were up-graded and loved our room. The breakfast is beautiful, the view fantastic and the location off the main traffic.

Enjoyed our stay.
Modern, clean. With friendly staff who speak good English. Loved the shower. Good breakfast. Good tv setup. Good quality large screen. Could NOT use our own firestick as the rear of the tv was inaccessible but was able to cast from smartphone to tv.
