This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star experience. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was simple continental but extremely wholesome. The HF Fenix Lisboa team were absolutely phenomenal.

Staff at the breakfast. Nelson (main organiser of breakfast - you wont miss him.) especially was amazing. He was so welcoming. He filled the breakfast room with energy. Room was cleaned everyday and complimentary water was provided everyday.
Room quality was very bad. Saw some insects aswell on the floor and bathroom. There is one young guy at reception who doesn't speak. I greeted him but he never responded. And this happened twice. They don't have any emergency menstrual kits at their hotel. Which is like 10 years ago. Not expected.
