Rooms and particularly the beds were very comfortable. We had everything there we needed and the whole of the hotel appeared to be very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but not amazing.
The bar was on the roof-top which was novel but very breezy on the nights we were there. Drinks were expensive. The swimming pool was small and was always busy, so we didn't get to use it.

Loved the location, you wouldn’t walk to main part of the city too much as it is a good 30 minutes away but so close to metro buses and airport so very convenient.
I can’t say I didn’t like anything, room was nice aircon good, balcony lovely, breakfast was nice, rooftop was lovely for view and pool, maybe drinks on rooftop could improve for value for money but overall a great experience.

Great location at top of the Avenida da Liberdade so a stroll into the city centre was always interesting. Room was quiet with a fantastic shower - the best I have used to date! Staff really helpful and friendly. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by; although the walk in to the city centre meant there was a far bigger choice - especially off the main streets
The only thing I didn't like was seeing the red indicator below this box that I am writing in slowly change to green as I type....there was nothing that we could fault with our stay at the hotel. If we had any issues then we speak to a member of the hotel team and get it sorted there and then. I am sure that many other people go and stay at places with the sole purpose to find fault...if only they bothered to engage with the people who run and work in hospitality not treat them and what they do with disdain and a negative outlook. It's green now, so I'll stop! One thing for future developments is to make sure there is sufficient space to open a suitcase and keep it open - for an overnight stay you do not, as a rule, unpack everything into the wardrobe.
