The Swan Hotel

Great location for walking Offa's Dyke. Welcoming staff, nice rooms. We ate a good dinner in the bar. Everything we needed after a long day walking.

Breakfast coffee was a bit weak but the young woman doing everything bent over backwards to make another pot!

This characterful hotel has a great team of staff, with the best welcome from Pete you could ever want. Everywhere was clean and well presented and our evening meal & brekkie were great. Superb experience for an overnight stay.

Our double room was a little bit snug for us.

An excellent pub/hotel in a great position both in Kington and for exploring Herefordshire. Within walking distance of shops, other pubs & restaurants. The staff operate as a team and they were all very welcoming and helpful. The food (both for breakfast and evenings) is very tasty and plentiful. The bar is well supported by a strong local community (speaks volumes) and we were made welcome by them as well. A thoroughly lovely holiday and we look forward to going back there. They are shortlisted for Herefordshire Hotel of the Year....they thoroughly deserve it....good luck!

Nothing

Nice friendly hotel Staff were apologetic about the situation!

Unfortunately we had booked a non refundable night the previous evening as we received a message to say restaurant was closed and road works right outside.
