The hosts from the onset were most welcoming and told us all about the surrounding and things we might see, including a deer in the meadow which was pretty much our private space. The property was wonderful well equipped and comfortable. The views were amazing the tranquility was perfect singing birds and the barring of the local lambs was so beautiful al in all this was a PERFECT PLACE!! Will be sure to return!!

Extremely peaceful location. Owners were very pleasant and available if we needed anything (lovely in general). Plenty of walking routes surrounding the property and walking distance / 10 mins drive from hay on Wye. Everything they provided for us on arrival was very generous and accommodating. We loved it so much.

We had a fabulous stay, Irene and Barry are wonderful hosts. The hut was spotlessly clean, bed extremely comfortable and all the facilities we needed. We walked in to find freshly baked loaf of bread and blueberry muffins, a basket of fresh food and sausages, bacon, eggs, milk and yogurts in the fridge. Absolutely wonderful!
The view is spectacular and it was so peaceful. So many birds! Highly recommend. Thank you 🤩

A beautiful shepherds hut in a peaceful meadow. Every need seems to have been thought of. Breakfast was provided but oh the quality! Beautiful butcher’s sausages and bacon, homemade bread and homemade blueberry muffins to die for! Quality cereals, yogurts, jams. The most comfortable bed. Lovely friendly hosts.
They wouldn’t let us stay there forever.
