The location of the hotel was beautiful and right next to Sheringham Park , which belongs to the National Trust. The breakfasts, and indeed all the meals were top class and beautifully presented. The dining room was always clean and well set out, fresh flowers on each table, very comfortable chairs and the staff were always very courteous and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere with just enough music in the background.

For us we didn't feel that there was anything we disliked.

I had a really lovely stay at The Dales Country House Hotel in Sheringham. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and full of character, and the hotel itself has a wonderfully relaxed country-house feel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay without ever being overbearing. Our room was comfortable, clean and well presented, and the whole place felt very well looked after. The food was excellent too, with a particularly good breakfast and plenty of choice. It’s also in a great location for exploring Sheringham, Cromer and the beautiful North Norfolk coast. A charming hotel with lots of character and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

WiFi was a little slow in my room. Maybe some extenders to boost signal around the property? (It worked much better if i used it downstairs)

Breakfast fine but an extra £16.95 pp on top of a top price anyway, particularly as against others in the group, was disappointing

See above re breakfast. Bathroom facilities poor. Shower head on bath mixer not working properly. Carpet grubby.Main shower too small even for moderate size person to turn and had no hand utility, only overhead . Appeared Deluxe room just meant largish and pretty old fashioned☹️
