We welcome you to El Balcon de Pilatos a charming accommodation located in a town called Palazuelos, just an hour from Madrid and five minutes from Segovia Capital. Its unique location makes El Balcon de Pilatos a unique place to enjoy Segovia Capital and the province.
El Balcon Pilate is located on a private plot of 1500 m2 with garden and swimmpool.
El Balcon de Pilatos was named for a monitoring refuge in the time of the Civil War located a few meters from the house, whose name they put the inhabitants of Palazuelos. This refuge became a meeting point for the young people of the place.
It is a restored house that has been carefully the essence of traditional architecture keeping some old items of value such as garage doors.
Its capacity is from 6-13 people. The house has 250 m2 on two floors, a covered porch, a garden of 1500 m2 with a swimmipool, a terrace and a parking area within the plot.
The house is divided on two floors and it has Wi-Fi system free. The main floor consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, which creates two atmospheres; one living area with two comfortable chairs by the fireplace and one with a large table.
A kitchen with all the conveniences, equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and some kitchenwares. Everything you could need for your stay in the house.
Furthermore, a covered porch fully equipped and direct exit to the garden. A full bathroom so you do not have to go to the top floor and a cozy bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a hall. All equipped with full sheets, a quilt and towels.
Outside the house has a beautiful garden with a swimmpool, a barbecue and a private parking area.
The warmth and treatment provided to our customers, makes our accommodation is an ideal place for rest and to enjoy the landscape and cultural beauty that the area offers.

Una casa estupenda . Lo mejor sin duda la piscina acristalada , el agua está a una temperatura excelente y te puedes bañar a cualquier hora. También a destacar sus habitaciones con baño privado y cuidada decoración.
Hemos disfrutado mucho.

Casa Rural alquilada para Fin de Año en familia completa de 14 miembros (8 adultos y 6 niños). Tiempo magnífico con lo que pudimos disfrutar de su amplia parcela e incluso comer el 1 de Enero al aire libre. Totalmente equipada con unas habitaciones amplias y dotadas de cuarto de baño individual,salvo la de planta baja que tiene un baño en la puerta de al lado.
Magnífica atención tanto en la tramitación de la reserva como luego al llegar y al marcharnos, seriedad completa por parte de la propiedad cumpliendo todo lo pactado.
El pueblo está bien dotado de tiendas y bares, a unos metros de la Casa.
En resumen una gran celebración del cambio de año que disfrutamos plenamente.
