The property was nice and clean. The host was helpful when we needed them. Location is quite good as well, with good connections to the city center.

Location and new renovation

outside noise because of the construction and cleaning was not so good. There was hairs of previous guest on the sheets and towels

Location was good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the general area is very nice indeed. Kitchen facilities were outstanding and the rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were adequate. The living area was great and the apartment was light and airy.

Pictures were misleading, wallpaper was tore, every wall was marked and the rooms were not particularly clean. Room was not ready at 3pm, we walked into the maid in the middle of cleaning the room, not that this was a big deal, but it should have been done before we arrived. The biggest thing that annoyed me was the fact that I had to pay a €200 damage deposit before I was granted access and that was not mentioned at any stage during the booking process. I only discovered this when I had to download the app and I think that this should be stated as soon as the booking is made, or listed in the information of the apartment. It also took over 10days to have it refunded back into my account, which was excessive as far as I am concerned.
