Mike was so welcoming and helpful. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. Easy parking and plenty of room for us all. Such a great base for exploring Plymouth.
The kitchen cupboards would benefit from a deep clean and sorting out. There are 5 graters but no measuring jug. I had assumed that the £15 charge for the dog was for the whole stay. I had not realised that it was £15 per night. We charge £20 per week for dogs in our own holiday let which is pretty standard.

Size, location and parking
Cobwebs I have a fear of spiders. The ceilings are really high so it is awkward to get them all I imagine, but there were rather a lot. Took a while to heat up as place is massive.

How close to family and town it was.
A little more heating, and attention to overall cleanliness to tables, utensils and just a few snagging finishing touches to the standard of the property would make the comfort of stay even better.
