Location was generally convenient and accessible via GRAB. There are accessible amenities around the location as well.
The property is well maintained and clean.
Sound proofing of the property can be improved.
There were loud music and banging during our first night but it was bearable and didn't last too long.
Road noise from vehicles can be heard.

The apartment's cleanliness was way above our expectations, no funky smell like other apartments we stayed in previously. Everything that we need for a family with small kids are available in the apartment - from child seat and special placemat at the dining table, small stools, bidet, safety mat in the super huge bathtub. You can tell that the host took a lot of care and thought in making sure that every guest has a comfortable stay.
