The room itself was decent and acceptable, but the overall service did not meet basic expectations.
Review for iGoryeo Homestay
I had a disappointing experience with this homestay.
First, the listing was misleading. The room I initially booked was misleading and not as advertised, and I was asked to change room and I agreed with an additional fee.
On top of that, the staff initially provided the wrong password for the mailbox, and their response in resolving this issue was very slow.
Second, the staff response overall was poor. Communication was consistently slow, making it frustrating to get any assistance when needed.
The biggest issue is that I still have not received my safety deposit (RM200), even after almost two weeks. I have tried contacting them multiple times via text and phone calls, but all attempts have been ignored.
Overall, I would not recommend this homestay due to poor communication, misleading information, and unresolved refund issues.
