Great host and excellent location. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious, making for a very pleasant stay.
The parking ramp is a major concern. The angle is poorly designed, making it difficult and uncomfortable to use. While there are numerous parking spaces available on the ground floor, they have been blocked off for reasons that are unclear. This is a significant drawback, as reliable parking should provide convenience and peace of mind, not additional stress.
Additionally, the property experienced a five-hour power outage, which further raises concerns about its overall reliability. Combined, these issues are significant deal breakers for me.

Location is good
The mattress were not comfortable and couldn’t sleep. Some noise when the fan is running
