Location is quite good to be in that area of Iskandar Puteri if you have things to be done there otherwise quite a distance to go to main JB town.
Home was clean, washing machine in working order for the 4 nights that we're there. Home was unblocked view and windy with high ceiling.
Ceiling fans were not working.
Designated Parking lots will be taken by unknown people / vehicle and we had to report to security/the person managing the homestay for action each time we went out. This wasted our time as it will take half hours each time it happened and 3 times this happened to us. Need to improve the parking system.

Location is good. Not the closest to Legoland, but only a few minutes driving. Security guards are very helpful. Check in and out process is very easy.
Needs a little better maintenance. The bed in one of the rooms was busted (had to put our suitcase under it so the matress didn't flop down in one corner). The decor was significantly more sparse than in the photos. That being said, small annoyances rather than deal breakers. We had fun.

Nothing
The master toilet is wet upon arrival and the aircon is not functioning. The basin at the common toilet is leaking. We texted the staff about it , the response is very slow and nothing was done about it.
