Key collection & return was smooth & easy, host provided clear video instructions. Car park space felt safe to park. Unit was near the lift which was convenient, did not need to walk long distance to the unit and it was easy to find. The unit was large & had a coway water filter with hot & cold water dispensing feature. There were some toys in the unit and a large TV. Free Wifi was provided. The host was very responsive during our stay and also sent check-in/check-out reminders.
The unit was generally clean but there was a lot of dust, especially under the bed frame. The mattresses were all very hard, which the kids did not like. One of the shower heads had poor water flow so we ended up using only one of the bathrooms for showering.

The unit is clean and tidy, The Kids loved it. Very considerate to include toys for the Kids to entertain themselves.
The bed is sorta hard to sleep.
