KidValley Legoland, 9Pax, Indoor Slide, Same-Level Pool

Hilman was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He patiently answered all our questions even before the booking and remained attentive and helpful throughout our stay and even after we checked out. His warmth and hospitality truly made the experience more enjoyable! The property was well-maintained and looked just like the pictures in the listing. Besides the play areas within the property, there was also a outdoor swimming pool and playground. The kids absolutely loved the stay and had a wonderful time throughout!

There was a sewage issue that caused an unpleasant smell in some of the toilets. Although notices indicated that the issue had already been reported to the building management, the smell was still noticeable. Thankfully, we managed to alleviate it with room spray.

地理位置很好，去哪里都很方便，靠近Legoland。房间很多设施适合小朋友玩！

We had an enjoyable stay overall. The location is excellent, especially for families visiting Legoland, as it is just a short drive away. The apartment is located within a condominium, so security is good and we felt safe throughout our stay. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 queen-size beds and 1 single bed, as well as 5 toilets, which was a huge plus as there was no need to queue for the bathroom. The host was responsive and very accommodating. He kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we were travelling with young children. As a family travelling with a 7-year-old, a 4-year-old, a 3-month-old newborn, and two helpers, we were pleased to find that a baby cot was provided and suitable for our newborn. A baby bathtub would be a useful addition for families with infants. We ended up bathing our newborn in the sink instead. The bathtub in the bathroom could not be used because the drain stopper was not functioning properly and could not retain water. Our older children were a little disappointed as they were looking forward to having a bubble bath. The kitchen was generally functional, with a working rice cooker, microwave, kettle, and frying pan. We did not use the stove during our stay. One of the pots appeared heavily blackened, so we were not comfortable using it. The cleanliness of the kitchen could also be improved, although the rest of the apartment was clean and well-maintained. There were a few minor maintenance issues. One of the bathroom showers had low water pressure, and the water dispenser was not working during our stay. Fortunately, a kettle was provided, so this was manageable. Overall, this is a spacious, family-friendly apartment in a great location with a helpful host. With a few improvements to the kitchen cleanliness and maintenance of some facilities, it would be an even better stay.

A few areas could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen cleanliness could be better, and one of the pots appeared heavily blackened and may need replacing. The water dispenser was not working during our stay, and one of the bathroom showers had low water pressure. The bathtub drain stopper was also not functioning properly, so the bathtub could not be used. For families travelling with infants, providing a baby bathtub would be a thoughtful addition. Other than these minor issues, the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-located.
