Spent several days here, and had a terrific time. The view from the porch is tremendous by day or night. A very steep driveway, of course, but easy to navigate and very close to town. Wonderful book with suggestions of things to do in the area, and both Paihia and Waitangi are easily accessible by ferry.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing, with a short walk to Russell and an excellent host. We would love to stay here in the future!

Needs updating, wifi, dish washer,
Old and smelly, could be rotten wood.
No hot water for a number of days.
Should be offered a refund.
