TUIS NEST is a spacious, tidy house with three generous-sized bedrooms and a large kitchen with lots of space to move. This house has a relaxed atmosphere and it is a great place for everyone.. Its clean and fresh, yet comfy and warm with a low key Kiwi bach feel. A perfect holiday house for the extended family and those wanting a romantic weekend away. Listen to the Tuis in our private garden and relax outside on our deck. It is situated in a excellent location with only a 5 mins walk to the historical sites of Rewa Village , Stone store and the Kemp house.
There is a beautiful scenic bush walk along the river to Rainbow Falls. Or your children can paddle and swim in the rock pools where they can feed the ducks at the Basin.Its only 20 minutes to Paihia by car or take a ferry ride to Russell. Visit some of the most beautiful beaches of Matauri , Te Ngaere and Tauranga bay . Dive the Rainbow warrior .Only 10 minutes to launch your boat at Opito Bay or 5 mins to the landing.Its central to cafe and village entertainment. Photo ID and a number plate of car or visa card details must be supplied on booking. A 50 % deposit must be made when booked and confirmed . Full deposit needs to be made no more than a week later. Or your booking will lasp. If cancellations are made they must be made within the first 3 days or 50% deposit will not be refunded.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
