A very friendly and welcoming host. The room was very big and the bed was comfy. The room was clean and the pastries and coffee were a nice start to the day. Great location to explore Lake Como. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room but that's just me being a tea lover ☺️

The area is very nice, Lake Como and the train station are only a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast was very good, just missing a few vegetables. The person who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful.

This little gem is about a 10min walk from the train station, and probably 2mins from the bus which takes you to the funicular. It’s very well located. The beds were comfortable and there was ample room for the three of us. Our absolute highlight was the lovely man who runs this accommodation. He kindly carried our friends bag up the stairs (no elevator) and when we had an early train to catch the next day, he set up breakfast for us, all ready to go.

Nothing, we all thought it was great.

Location of the property is good - only 10 minutes walk from the lake! Cleanliness well maintained - the shower and the whole bathroom was sparkling! Even the staircase room was very clean! The property is on the second floor and there is no elevator but, the host helped me with the luggage - which was very nice of him! He also agreed to keep my luggage free of charge after I checked out - which I am very grateful for, it was a great help! Thank you!! The WiFi was excellent!! (:

The building might be difficult to find, especially if you arrive at dark time of the day! It looks like a regular old residential building with small and barely noticeable entrance sign. So don't expect to find it with your sight from far away (you'll have to read carefully small signs at each door when you'll arrive to the location). If you arrive at night/evening, the entrance is dark and the staircase room and the hallway of the hotel is poorly luminated! The room was not heated enough, it was cold (I arrived in February). There was no electric kettle or coffee/tea maker in my room even though it is mentioned in the description 'what is in in the room'! For me electric kettle was essential, the absence of it made my stay uncomfortable. It is also written that "Very good breakfast included" - but, actually the served breakfast is average.
