Location was amazing, 30 second walk from the lake and easy to get to city centre and Malgrate. Free water dispenser in common area. Quiet street, safe area I had a view of the mountain from the balcony

The location is close to the center , we liked the guy who hosted us and did the paper work he was friendly. Bed was in order , enough towels and good specious shower.
The woman was unfriendly and didn’t seems very welcoming or neutral . Shower had some female hair wasn’t clean You could hear people on top of you when they move around or have tv on
