Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great location on lakeshore and near ferry terminal. Spacious balcony. Facilitated our request for early checkin.
Lacked an elevator but staff willingly carried our suitcase up and down

It was lovely to have a balcony to sit over looking lake Como. The hotel was situated in a good location and able to walk to all the amenities.
The staff were very welcoming, and a bonus was to get a coffee any time of day from the coffee machine in the reception.
There was no lift, but we did get help to take our cases to our room, which lucky for us, was on the 1st floor

Comfortable bed.
Close to the lakeside.
Parking not as easy as expected.
No shower gel.
Could have been friendlier at breakfast where we were not expected despite having confirmed at check-in.
A bit bland.
