We booked two rooms for our family of five. The free, well-functioning air conditioning proved to be a lifesaver and essential in such high temperatures. Great communication with the Host; small issues were fixed during our stay without any trouble. Both rooms were really very clean, with new bathrooms. Towels, bed linen—everything was fresh and comfortable. Cutlery and dishes for preparing meals—a big plus. The location was also great—right in the center. Restaurants nearby, easy access to the lake, a view of the mountains, and close to the train station.

The bed was uncomfortable with the bottom sheet not well fitting so kept coming off during the night which I am sure has happened to others which meant I was sleeping on a shared surface. It was impossible to retain the shower water in the shower cubicle. The self check in was inaccurate. The lift didn’t make it to the level of the apartment which makes it difficult with a large case which we would have avoided if we knew.
