Not good value for money.
Bathroom was dirty, had hair in the shower facility and basin has lipstick marks, soap scum on the shower soap holder, we booked two rooms and and second didn’t have a night lock on the door, AC works well but is very noisy, our room window has a nasty crack on it.
Staff was very friendly and assisted wherever they could.

Room was niand clean and comfortable. Disappointed that we We paid full price for our stay upfront but upon checking in , had to pay further costs for parking facilities. Hotels usually include parking. They only tell u to pay more at check in. Breakfast egg station only had 1 chef. U have to wait unreasonably long for eggs.

The mattress was old. As you move the springs make noise. The toilet was leaking, the bath had scratches and was peeling. The basin was chipped. The aircon is so old and noisy. We were moved three times in a two night stay...it was more work then rest. The towels are way to small- this seems to be a thing now.
The manger was kind and understood the issues. Gave me a discount but the inconvenience of continuously moving was painful.
