Everything was great. The welcome was warm and friendly. Hosts were super informative and helpful. They were determined to ensure that we had the best time and gave thoughtful and useful advice about where to go and how best to get there. Room was well appointed and furnished. Beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were good.
Only issue that we had was caused by the extremely cold weather conditions - water pipes froze overnight and we could not have hot showers in the morning. But hosts were helpful and considerate and it was not long before the pipes thawed.

Fantastic guesthouse with the best hosts Conway and Natasha. This really was a home away from home with a wonderful quiet, peaceful room, lovely breakfasts, friendly and kind staff. My hosts provided great ideas for meaningful tours to better understand the history, culture and people of Jozi, and checked in with me regularly to for example to see if I had dinner plans.

Conway met us on arrival and provided some great recommendations for things to do in Johannesburg. The Red City Sightseeing hop-on, hop-off bus was an excellent way to explore the city. We also found Uber to be a safe, convenient, and affordable way to get around. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning.
