Everything was perfect and the host, though frustrated was welcoming and gave us everything we needed, all thanks to him

What i didn't like does not have anything to do with the property but everything to do with their communication with Booking.com. When we arrived at the property we found that the host was not aware of our booking, Booking.com had not told them about our coming and it was apparently not the first time they did that. The payment end up not reaching the establishment. Out of sympathy and pity for us he let us stay. He tried calling booking.com who did not pick up the phone. That i did not like and it made me not to ever trust this site for future bookings anymore. Please sort it out because other establishments will kick us out easily even when we show them our payment receipt to the site. Please Booking.com pay the owner of the establishment. Another thing we were told is that they are not Home Care guest house which also did not sit well with us.
