I had an excellent stay at Saffron Guest House for a week while on a business trip. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful environment to relax after long working days. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from the housekeeping team, especially Olipha and Thando. They were always available to assist whenever I needed anything and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would also like to commend the manager Emely for her excellent customer service. She was quick to address a challenge I experienced and ensured that it was resolved promptly and professionally. Her responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction gave me great confidence in the level of service at the guest house.
The location is another major advantage, as it is very close to my business area, making my daily commute convenient and stress-free. I highly recommend Saffron Guest House to anyone travelling for business or leisure. I will definitely be staying here again on my future visits.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and any concerns I had were addressed promptly.

Location was excellent... close to the buzz of Melville... but far enough to have peace if needed.
Parking was a bit of a problem for early departure on Sunday morning. Nothing serious though.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The guesthouse is situated close to restaurants and bars. It was very noisy, especially on a Friday night. And it didn't feel very safe.
