The staff were really kind, enough space, the room was clean and the experience was exactly what I wanted. No irritations like I usually receive at other guesthouses.

This is a lovely property in a safe suburb. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom very clean. The female breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The location suited me and there is a shopping centre within 20min walk. Room cleaned well each day.

Unfortunately there was no communication on how to access the gated property upon arrival. No manager or staff onsite. I waited 45 mins until my calls and messages were responded too. Lucky it was daylight! On my first night a group of uni students guests invited non paying guests and had a loud party outside until 3 am. The male manager was informed at midnight however, nothing was done to stop the party or remove the non paying guests. No apology from the male manager for either of the above issues. The female manager apologised the next morning and offered me free breakfast, which was appreciated until I found mould on the bread! The bed linen had old stains that were not replaced even though my bed was made up each day. Such a shame as this is a lovely house.
