Preis-/Leistung hat gepasst. Das Quartier war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war unkompliziert. Eine Busstation befand sich nahe des Appartements.

Locația nu este în centru, însă este bine conectată la mijloacele de transport și se află la aproximativ 30 de minute de mers pe jos de plajă, port, Orașul Artelor și Științei și Parcul Turia. Apartamentul a fost curat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur reușit.
Nimic de raportat în privința apartamentului, având în vedere raportul foarte bun preț–calitate.

El trato de los dueños, estaban siempre atentos a tus preguntas y a tus problemas. Incluso se desplazaron en persona para resolver una circunstancia con la televisión. El equipamiento del apartamento, muy completo con muchos complementos de alimentación y aseo. La conexión con Ciudad de las Ciencias y el centro de Valencia con autobús. Cercanía al puerto y playa.
La cama era demasiado dura y no descansamos bien del todo. El edificio tiene su edad y se nota, la barandilla del primer tramo de escaleras estaba casi suelta, no hay ascensor, pero en un primero tampoco es mucho problema. El entorno..., no pasas miedo, hay policía, hay una comisaría muy cercana, pero algo inquieto si que iba por la calle, sin miedo, pero a mí me faltaba un punto de tranquilidad. Seguro que al ser una ciudad extraña acentuo esa sensación.
