If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! The location was fantastic - just outside the bustle of the centre and so quiet. A 10 minute walk into town. Our host, Biagio was so welcoming, friendly and could not have been more helpful - we missed him when we left! The room was exceptionally clean and every day, there were little touches which just made us feel special. Accessing the place was so easy and Biagio was always on hand to communicate.
The Chrome cast on the tv was a great touch so we could watch Netflix etc.
The air conditioning was great (and very welcome in 40 degree heat!), plus having the mini fridge with fresh cold water and glasses in every day was perfect.
We will definitely be back - thank you so much for a fantastic stay 3B!

Lovely room. The aircon was so good so cold and powerful which we love. Nice size room. Location was nice was it wasn’t busy on our street and no noise. The host was so nice he was so friendly and helpful and funny! Clean towels and bed everyday and water

Lovely room, really clean and spacious. We stayed here for two nights, walking distance into the centre of Florence about 15mins walk. About 5mins walk to the tram stop. Staff were so nice and helpful, I definitely would come back.

The gentleman who runs this property was so kind. He was helpful and very engaging.
It was a very basic property. Things were clean but worn.
