In a good location to St Mark’s Basilica, but down a back alley.
Listing should talk about the steep stairs. Also, the pictures show a loft with a bed/couch, but you are not allowed up there.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Venise et permet de limiter le recours aux transports collectifs ( assez onéreux) puisque on peut visiter de nombreux édifices et quartiers à pied. De plus le logement est spacieux et très calme.
l’appartement est situé au 3eme étage ( escalier raide) sans ascenseur : cette mention est bien précisée dans le descriptif mais les personnes à mobilité réduite auront de réelles difficultés à y accéder.

Location was very good, close to the center
It wasn't very clean. There was mold on the bed sheets and walls. Also there were quite a lot of spider webs throughout the apartment in visible areas, right next to the mold. Quite difficult to access the apartment due to the stair cases especially for elderly people (luckily it wasn't our case)
