Excellent location, lovely quaint house on a quiet and beautiful courtyard. Home-Owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The Kitchen could do with a bit of maintenance, perfectly usable though.

The appartment was on a very central location for visiting the Venice Art Biennale, and very quiet. All was nice and proper even though it looked a bit outdated but the beds were very comfortable, good shower, two bathrooms is a luxury. There was even a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen, so very good value for your money and the neighbourhood is very nice and lot's of osteria's, bars, bakery and supermarket nearby. Would recommend it very much if you are looking for a nice and simple and affordable stay in Venice for the Biennale

Proximity to Supermarket. Only one bridge to pass all the way from St Zaccary dock. Relatively close to Ospendale dock (close to Murano & Airport). Spacey. Pittoresque neighborhood. 12 minutes walk from St Marco. Equipped kitchen. Fair price. Very cooperative owner. The bathroom is decent. Beds are comfortable.

Very dirty under the beds, at the kitchen furniture, around the rest of the furniture with a dozen spider webs at least. Window & door frames and locks broken, furniture falling apart, plumbing almost blocked, rather smelly. Many staircases and very low ceilings.
