Good price comparing with other options. Good amenities, clean, quiet. The owner was responsive.

The shower didn’t have a support so I had to hang it with one hand. The main heater was not working so I had to use the additional heater that made some noise. I received an automatic private message from the property on booking to send them a copy of my ID and credit card, that seemed strange to me and I called booking.com for their support, they told me I didn’t have to send my personal information to the property.

Good size apartment, with all facilities. Decoration is simple but modern. Near a bus stop to le Bourget RER

Owner took a deposit of €300 out of my bank account without warning me or noticing me. I only found out when I checked my bank balance. They returned the money after 2 days of me leaving the place

Apartment is quite cosy and well equipped

No cleaning at all during 7 nights No English at all. Even the word “cleaning” is unknown for the staff. A lot of noise Ungentle host ignored me during all the period. no answer via booking so you will not be able to discuss anything

The entrance area was empty paint vaders and used painting tools. The floor of the apartman was dirty, the kitchen desk was not cleaned, and the litter bin was not empty in the bathroom... All furnitures are old and worn-out.

The apartment has exceeded my expectations. The price for the apartment is good value for money.

The apartment is clean and features everything for comfortable stay: an ample comfortable bed, self-catering eat-in zone with the fridge, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine. There is wi-fi and fast stable internet connection. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet. The landlord is really helpful and is always in touch.

Pleasant

Really far away from everything and no train after 11 PM. You must take a Uber and it costs 40/50 euros. Two teabags, one coffe-bag and one sugar sachet for four days. They take 150 € if you dirty with blod or makeup sheets or towels.

A nice simple and clean place to stay, not too far from the train to Paris

The apartment was clean, the beds were reasonably comfortable and the kitchenette has just the right amount of stuff that you need. It's not what you'd describe as luxury accommodation, but if you're looking for simplicity and a comfortable place to lay your head at a reasonable price then this would be a good choice and it's somewhere that we'd definitely come back to.

The only criticisms that we had were that the TV didn't really work properly and that the channels that were programmed in didn't include a kids channel or something like BBC worldwide news. On the Sunday night when my partner had gone back home and I was there alone, I found the lack of the TV very frustrating because literally, the only channel that worked was one showing motorbike racing in French, nothing else. Also, a tea towel for drying up plates and so on would have been good because we ended up using the bathroom towels.

L'emplacement près du parc du Bourget, le stationnement possible, rue calme. Bien équipé, bonne literie.

La table mange debout en verre est défectueuse, le plateau a été recollé plusieurs fois et ne tient pas du tout, c'est même dangereux. Les deux chaises sont basses inadaptées à un mange debout. L'appartement a été arrangé avec goût, il a besoin d'une révision permanente des petites choses à revoir. ( Peinture, tringle, pomme de douche etc..
