Dissapointing, but manageable for a day.

The view, the place is beautiful

The shower water temperature was highly unstable, switching between freezing cold and scorching hot, making it unusable. The showerhead was misplaced inside the bidet upon arrival and kept falling out of its holder There was a dead salamander on the floor, and an alive one in the room. The mattress had numerous stains

You can do much better, dear Sunrise Hotel.

Best about this place is great stuff. The staff is great. All employees are very polite, fast and clean. Location of the hotel is great too- near the sea, beach is wright across the hotel.

The owners don't seem to care about repairs: the faucet in my room was broken in half and covered in rust. There was rust on the makeshift mirror. The lamp on the terrace and the one above the bed were burned out, and the toilet seat was damaged. They need to pay attention to repairs and replace the wooden sunbeds with dirty mattresses with new, plastic ones.

Персоналот е доста љубезен, се труди на секаков начин да ти објасни и помогни доколку имаш проблем... Местото е тивко баш онака да се одморат и стари и млади... Во глобала се беше ок би престојувала и во наредна прилика...

Имаат пропуст во менито бидејќи не е на англиски мораш да се трудиш некако да се снајдиш за да порачаш... Доколку не сакаат да направат мени на англиски можат да стават слики од секое јадење на менито за да си порачаш.... Можат малку да уредат од задната страна на хотелот да не се гледаат тревите... И малку да ја потсредат плажата...

Very poor cleaning standards. Best avoided.

Whilst the sheets and towels were clean, the room itself was very grubby. There was dirt and bits of dried food all round the edges of the room. When I pulled forward a set of drawers to use the sockets there was also a build up of dirt and dried up food. Toilet smelt of dried stale urine and did not flush properly. The toilet seat had dried faeces from a previous guest on it. The room was also very cramped and claustrophobic. No way near worth 67 Euros per night. We did not raise the cleanliness issues until check out as had checked in very late. A discount to 60 Euros was given. The least one expects is a spotless room. Staff also very lacking in understanding breakfast requirements. 3 attempts to get a Caffe latte. Very poor value for money.

no breakfast available when we had specifically booked the hotel because the room included breakfast. Only got 2 Euro discount for this. Showers don’t drain properly and the entire bathroom floor floods . The restaurant wasn’t operating.

A fairly good place to stay for the night or two if you are passing through Orikum.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, has a nice cafe and restaurant and a playground for kids, very good breakfast.

There's an undeveloped territory around it with overgrown plants with tons of mosquitos. Not a lot of parking space. Old furniture in the rooms.

Odlična lokacija za ljubitelje morja.

Odlična lokacija z lastno peščeno plažo preko ceste. Restavracija z dobro hrano in zajtrkom. Ograjen parking ob hotelu. Mirna lokacija. Odlična soba z balkonom.

Außen Hui innen pfui

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Der Cappuccino beim Frühstück was sehr gut. Von außen sieht das Hotel sehr gut aus, auch der Außenbereich mit Restaurant sieht gut aus.

Außen hui innen pfui Das Zimmer sieht leider nicht gut aus. Als ich ankam war der Duschkopf im Bide gelegen und der Griff vom Wasserhahn war gebrochen. Dies leider nicht erst seit gestern, so wie der Wasserhahn aussah. Das Bett war auch sehr hard und unbequem. Das Frühstück (gab Wahlmöglichkeiten) bestand bei mir aus einem Cappuccino und einem Pfannkuchen mit vermutlich Mortadella (angeblich ham) und Käse. Für mich leider nicht das was ich als Frühstück verstehe.

Klidný pobyt u moře v rodinném prostředí

Jsem ráda, že jsem zvolila tento hotel. Pokoj s balkonem, vlastní koupelnou, je vidět, že o hotel se starají s láskou. Personál je velmi úsměvavý, přátelský a nápomocný. Vlastní pláž pár kroků od pokoje, sice přes silnici, ale je tam retardér a nikterak to nenarušovalo pobyt u moře. Restaurace otevřena od snídaně do večerních hodin. Parádní obsluha v restauraci, velmi chutné jídlo.

Chambre dans un état lamentable. Les crochets pour suspendre nos affaires sont derrière la télé. La douche n'est pas une douche mais un pommeau dans les toilettes Les prises électriques sont au milieu du lit, pour les recharges et dormir c'est pas top. Literie pas très confortable Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, nous étions à côté de l'escalier et on entendait les gens parler et monter. Petit déjeuner catastrophique, 1 choix pour manger (une crêpe pour ma part qui n'était pas bonne) et une boisson. J'ai voulu un deuxième café et il était payant. A fuir impérativement

Super hotel resto face a la plage

L’hôtel était agréable, drap propre, spacieux, balcon a vu nature. L’accueil était chaleureux. Le restaurant était délicieux, le service tres a la hauteur. Nous avons également profité de la plage et les chaises longues étaient comprises dans le prix de la chambre. Super qualité prix même en pleine saison. A refaire. J’ai adoré.

È stata una vacanza molto piacevole,consiglio anke la cucina abbiamo mangiato bene e non abbiamo speso tanto i ragazzi sono tutti giovani e molto gentili ed educati noi eravamo in 4 famiglie e ci hanno sistemati tutti ogni sera con tanta pazienza siamo stati accontentati 🥰grazie veramente

Mieliśmy okazję spędzić kilka fajnych dni w tym hotelu. Rozpoczęliśmy urlop dnia 3-11.08.2025 dwa pokoje po 3 osoby. Dla nas na duży plus miejsce oraz dobra baza wypadowa, gdyż przylecieliśmy samolotem i wynajęliśmy duże auto. Sam hotel jest ok, pokoje klimatyzowane przy hotelu restauracja, miejsce zadaszone oraz odkryte ze stolikami. Teren zamknięty bezpieczny dla dzieci. Wieczorem wyświetlane bajki na projektorach dla dzieci po dwóch stronach restauracji bardzo fajna opcja. W obiekcie jest mały plac zabaw, biegają kurki i małe kotki, które chodzą wszędzie. Nam to nie przeszkadza bo sami jesteśmy posiadaczami 2 kotów i psa, no ale każdy ma inne podejście. Personel jest bardzo sympatyczny oraz pomocny, na każdym kroku czuliśmy sie dobrze zaopiekowani jak o cos pytaliśmy. Właściciel oraz jego brat bardzo sympatyczni ludzie. Podczas pobytu wypadały mojej córki urodziny- podpytałem czy moge przywieźć Tort, powiesić balon. Nie bylo z tym problemu. Personel (ulubiona Pani mojej corki z restauracji) :) przyniosła nam po zjedzeniu torta, puścili piosenkę, która spodobała sie mojej córce. Otrzymaliśmy również na stół owoce od właściciela. Samo jedzenie bardzo dobre a Rakija mocna :) miejsce nad sama woda, w klapeczkach minute z pokoju:) Jeżeli bedziemy w okolicy to napewno do Was zajrzymy. Pozdrowienia dla Wszystkich. I dziękujemy za fajnie spędzony czas :)
