Great space, views, and value!

The room was nice and clean. The terrace was very spacious and had good views. We stayed in December, and they were doing construction on the building, but did not start too early. The location was nice. It was close enough to walk for groceries, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The host was very kind and responded promptly.

The toilet overflowed every time it was flushed, and a towel had to be put down. They are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.

10/10 stay with fast wifi, top notch hospitality, and free parking!

The apartment hotel was brand new, so everything looked really nice. The rooms were beautiful and so aesthetically decorated. It was the host, Enea, who made our stay 10/10 as he was so attentive and gave us resources for everything. For those working, the wifi was top notch as I was able to have video calls without any issue. Throughout our 7 day stay, we we were able to take advantage of the washer, we were able to have our room cleaned (new sheets and towels), and the free and easy parking was really useful as street parking can be a challenge in Vlore. The rooms also comes equipped with a fridge and a working stovetop, which were all useful during a long stay.

Zatrzasneliśmy klucze w środku mieszkania, właściciel zorganizował nam drugi apartament do czasu otwarcia drzwi za darmo. Był bardzo pomocny i miły. Mieszkanie było czyste, blisko parking.

Appartamento Meraviglioso e super spazioso!!

L'appartamento era super spazioso, molto pulito e ben arredato. Molto moderno e con tutti i comfort! Molto pulito e ben fatto! Un merito speciale al Manager della struttura, Enea, che è stato subito molto disponibile e presente (nonostante purtroppo non siamo riusciti a vederci di persona), nonostante ciò ci ha dato la sua massima disponibilità e più volte ci ha chiesto se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e si è preoccupato personalmente che il nostro soggiorno andasse al meglio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Unica nota di demerito (da residente in Italia) non c'era disponibile una macchinetta del caffè all'interno dell'appartamento, ma essendo gli appartamenti di nuova costruzione ed essendo loro solo all'inizio sono certo che provvederanno anche a questo

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in fast allen Bereichen übertroffen.

Enea und Orla waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Größe des Appartements war toll. Bett und Couch sehr groß und bequem. Schön viel Licht und eine tolle Aussicht zum Meer. Sichere Parkplätze. Einfaches Check-in /out - sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Manager. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheke. Fisch- und Gemüse- Händler in fußläufiger Nähe.

Bezahlung nur bar möglich. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Tropfender Boiler, Steckdose gefährlich nahe an (fast in) der Dusche. Spülmittel in der Küche fehlte.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant ! La localisation parfaite. Logement neuf avec les quelques petits défauts d’entrée dans un logement venant d’être livré mais le gérant a su rendre le séjour agréable.

Nowoczesny, czysty apartament z miłą obsługą i świetną lokalizacją – idealna baza do zwiedzania

Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie z 2 sypialniami – był komfortowy i idealny dla naszej rodziny (2+3 dzieci). Apartamenty są nowe, czyste, wyposażone w podstawowe przedmioty, a klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Podczas naszego 9-dniowego pobytu ręczniki i pościel były wymieniane, co było dużym plusem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa i menedżer obiektu – bardzo mili, uczynni, zawsze uśmiechnięci, świetnie mówiący po angielsku i błyskawicznie reagujący na nasze pytania i potrzeby. Parking jest przestronny i bardzo ładnie oświetlony wieczorem, co robiło naprawdę dobre wrażenie. Otoczenie budynku jest zadbane i przyjemne. Świetne miejsce zarówno na pobyt w Albanii, jak i bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicznych plaż. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Wszystko nam się podobało, pobyt był bez zarzutu i nie mamy żadnych uwag.

Помешкання дуже чисте та комфортне для відпочинку. Гарна територія готеля та приватна парковка із відеоспостереження. Персонал дуже привітний, вирішував усі питання - принесли праску, чайник, які були відсутні в номері. Рушники та білизну міняли кожні три дні. Кімнати не прибираються, були наявні мітла та швабра. В нас були номер, двері якого відразу виходили на парковку, що було дуже зручно. З кімнати номера є невеликий балкон. Наявна повноцінна кухня, холодильник, пральна машина, телевізор. Готель новий, триває ще ремонт в номерах, тому іноді було чутно ремонтні роботи в будні дні, але нам це не заважало.

З недоліка я б назвала те, що вода з душової кабіни витікає у саму вану, що не дуже комфортно, адже вся підлога мокра. Чудово б було якщо душову та саму вану кімнату розділяв якийсь невеликий бортик. Також з бойлера капала вода, коли усі четверо членів родини помились)) але ці недоліки несуттєві порівняно з усіма плюсами 👌
