Nice hotel in Vlora for your family

The location is great, just 1 block from the beach. The hotel was very clean, all brand new and the balcony with plenty space to relax. The rooftop pool is incredible. Breakfast is ok and the staff friendly.

There is a proximity sensor in the room (at the entrance) that you cannot disconnect so the light is on and off all day and this is quite annoying.

Really nice stay lovely hotel

The property was super modern and the pool area is amazing. The shower was really great. The air-conditioning worked really well. The balcony was really nice and spacious. The location is perfect and it’s amazing to have access to the sun-loungers on the beach.

The breakfast was good but lacked variety each day and sometimes it seemed like the food was there a long time. The bathroom was very small in our room with no surface space for toiletries/toothpaste etc. The new building in front of the view of the pool is annoying but not the fault of the hotel.

Ames hotel is a good place to relax for your holiday

The environment was so good that my friends loved it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and shops which made it easy for us to move around plus the beach.

The first staff that received us wasn’t that friendly as he wasn’t even smiling to us when we arrived apart from him others were amazing.

Great place to relax and stay if you don’t mind having no view of the sea

Great place to stay with a rooftop bar and pool which was nice if you want to chill. Good location with a short walk to the main beach strip where all the restaurants and bars are

Photos are deceiving, the sea view is non existent as there is a huge construction project for an apartment complex being built between the hotel and the beach. Do not pay extra for the sea view it won’t be worth it

Nice place to stay

Lovely hotel. Nice, modern decor throughout. Rooftop pool is nice with comfy beanbag style loungers. Rooms have plenty of space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Powerful shower. The hotel kindly provided us with a travel cot and a highchair at breakfast for our daughter- both were very clean. Short walk to the beach. Parking right in front of the hotel. Thank you!

Great hotel with nice rooftop pool

The rooms are very clean with big balcony. The aircondition is very effective and breakfast is good too. The hotel has a parking space and beach access.

Not the hotel’s fault but another building complex is built in front of the hotel, so the view will be impacted in the future (right now it’s the beginning of construction). The cocktails on the rooftop are average

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the woman at reception. Issues were rectified fairly quickly. The hotel also provided beach towels and sun loungers free of charge. The rooftop area was nice.

1. It is not ‘beachfront’ as advertised, it is a 5 minute walk away from the beach. 2. On the second night of our stay the room started smelling of sewage, this was rectified the same day but should not have occurred in the first place 3. Rooftop pool was full of dead bugs and not very clean 4. If you want to use the sauna and spa you need to ask someone at reception to turn it on 20 minutes in advance which is just a bit annoying 5. During breakfast there are no members of staff upstairs at the rooftop bar. 6. Very irregular cleaning times, we had our room cleaned at 9am, 1pm and 3pm. It makes it hard to plan your day. 7. We purchased a mountain view room and got given the bottom floor. Safe to say the view was a 1/10. If you choose mountain view definitely ask for a higher floor because the view we got was very disappointing. 8. The hotel pictures do a great job at catfishing the location. Would be nice if the hotel had pictures of the entire hotel from the outside to show there is nothing around it!

Very pleasant overnight city stay

Very clean and comfortable small city style hotel. Our rooms were a good size and very clean. The small swimming pool on the top floor is (almost ) an infinity pool and the hotel has maximised the use of that area with a comfortable bar and bean bag loungers. Good for watching the sun go down. The breakfast was good as was the half board option- good straightforward food.

The hotel is about 400m from the sea (the description did say that, so we were not misled), and the sea view rooms currently overlook a building site- still very pleasant but this isn’t a beachfront hotel.

Hotel in a strategic location, close to the main pedestrian area of Vlora. Very elegant, luxurious looking from the outside. Inside, a very nicely designed lobby and bar. I highly recommend to book the Suite with Sea View. Huge, beautifully decorated room with all amenities. An extraordinary view of the sea, a hot tub, a huge, comfortable bed, cosmetics and accessories to relax in the pool and spa. On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool overlooking the sea and the promenade. This is a huge plus, it's a pity that after 7 pm in the evening you can't use it. I would change this element, it would be wonderful to swim in the moonlight with a view of the illuminated city. :) Special praise deserves the manager of the facility, who is extremely cultured, nice and helpful. The hotel is equipped with its own parking lot and private sun loungers on the beach, which is about a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast very good, a wide selection of products and juices.

The spa section is not even worthy to be mentioned. Extremely small. Not even one single chair to rest between the sessions. The sauna is always underheated. The so-called hammam, the steam room works for 20 minutes, then 30 minutes break. Even when it’s operating, the entire room is very cold this way. We complained about it many times, but no change during our 9 days stay. The entire section is extremely small. Not even one single chair to rest between the sessions. The view would be very beautiful, but there is a very large construction between the hotel and the sea. This construction is also very noisy from the early morning.

We stayed in juniour suite for 1 night. The room was enormous abd had all the necessities and also a spa bath! The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop pool had an amazing view (although there is some construction ahead). We also enjoyed the Sauna alot which brought as back to home :)

The Suite is not worth it

The room was spacious

We had two double rooms reserved but changed this to one Suite room. However, the Suite is not worth it for the money you pay! you get no complimentary - only two bottle of water. The room was spacious but that’s the only good thing, and the jacuzzi too but there is the suana downstairs which you can use. The breakfast was cold, left out and not on hot plates. You also only get one cup of tea and have to pay if you want another one. The reception lady wasn't friendly or welcoming with us, her tone speaking to us was aggressive and stern. She seemed frustrated with us and kept sighing when explaining the room change and prices which I had inquired beforehand and was trying to confirm. Overall my experience here was not very good and wish we stayed somewhere else. We also checked out earlier than intended.

The perfect boutique hotel for a trip where you would like to feel immersed in the town of Vlora!

This hotel was by far one of the highlights of our trip to Vlora. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the location was perfect for spending days at the beaches that were a walkable distance away. If you do stay here, make sure to try the cocktails at their open bar by the pool, these were definitely memorable. The amenities and related facilities like the pool and sauna also offer great value for the cost.
