Quiet gem on the hill with the view of the sea.

We loved a lot of things. We were looking for a place with the view of the sea, quiet, yet, walking distance to the sea. Parking for our car. Also, breakfast was important, so we dont have to search in the morning for a place to eat, especially when we all wake up at different times. The hotel had it all. Breakfast was huge. Salty and sweet.. We didn't manage to swim in the pool, as it wasn't as hot for us, but we stayed around it to enjoy the garden. Some guests with kuds did swim, though. There are 2 parts: deeper for adults and shallower for small kids. Rooms are beautifully arranged. It's worth taking a room with the view. The garden is so beautiful! To walk to the sea and restaurants is easy and nice, along fields with olive trees. We definitely recommend it, good rest from the car. The road is narrow, but we rarely see cars on this road, so no worries for driving there as well. Careful with Google navigation, it brings you to the upper road above the hotel. You need to turn right 25-50m before. Like that you arrive to the hotels big parking. We had a good 2 days' stay! Would definitely come back.

The sound from the refrigerators in the room. So we just disconnected them from the electricity. Otherwise everything was great.

A wonderful stay with spotless cleanliness, great service, and a fantastic pool for both adults and children

We really liked how spotlessly clean everything was, the outstanding service, and the fantastic pool with separate areas for adults and small children. The staff made us feel very welcome and shared great insights about Vlore and Albania, which enriched our stay. The calm atmosphere and genuine care made us feel truly looked after.

A true hidden gem. Perfect private pool. Excellent table served breakfast. Very welcoming host. A great place to relax after a busy day in Vlore. Brand new.. Yes, it is above the hill so you need a car, but if you are fit to walk 20 min up and down for dinner take it as an exercice 😊

The access is very narrow with a way with one car space. If you meet a car in the opposite direction, maybe you need to have a good practice to manage.

Villa with a stunning view

We stayed in this beautiful villa that's run by super friendly and helpful family for 4 nights while exploring Vlore and it's beaches. We picked this villa for its great reviews, a pool and stunning views despite knowing it's a 25 minutes steep walk (we had no car) and it was worth it. The walk was very good exercise after dinner 😅 We would definitely return and recommend to other tourists.

The only small issue we noticed was that the fridge in the room was a bit noisy at night - light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. Also, a few more toiletries would have been appreciated, as we were only provided with two small bottles of shower gel for the entire stay. That said, these are just minor suggestions and didn’t affect our experience - we still happily give a top rating 🙂

A lovely, clean hotel with a stunning view and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and there was a great play area for kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only minor issues were a noisy fridge and an occasional bad smell I think coming from the bathroom drain.

Amazing views from the family room, didn’t get to try the pool but it was warm and very appealing. Breakfast cooked fresh with a huge selection and the best thing about the whole experience is the warm welcome. Congratulations for following the Albanian tradition of being courteous and welcoming!

Amazing stay!

What an amazing place with such a beautiful views and so lovely owners. We couldn’t thank them enough. Communication with place was just great, we came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and I asked to arrange the cake and champagne, it’s was done just perfectly . The view was really perfect.

There was a cattle, but no cups ant tea bags. Only on the second day we had tea bags, but still we should drink hot water from glasses. Just recommendation - to add cups.

Cannot reccomend this accommodation enough! Fantastic family run place with the friendliest and most welcoming host. Each morning a delicious home cooked breakfast was served on the terrace with fantastic views of the sea. The pool and loungers are great for relaxing, especially in the hot weather. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and have everything you may need. The town is only around 10 minutes walk away to many restaurants, bars and the beach - albeit a bit of a climb coming back up, but the views being up on the hill provides were outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel

Amazing hotel. The views over Vlore were spectacular from our room and the pool terrace. Quick drive to the beach but the pool at the hotel tempted us more. Breakfast was superb. All round fantastic stay.

Staff was very friendly! Outdoor facilities are great with a wonderful view, and the breakfast was top notch.

Amazing!

Best boutique hotel in Albania. I was travelling with my 8 years old daughter and we just had the perfect stay. Immaculate cleaning, beautiful views and welcoming staff that went well above their duties to guarantee a perfect experience. Also recommend dining there, best food we had in Albania and they only use home grown vegetables. Amazing!

Excellent accomodation, wonderful hosts

Excellent accomodation in a quiet area of Vlora. Super comfort, nice and super clean. Run by a wonderful people, always ready to help, give an good advice or bring something. We came in the late afternoon, planning to visit the city but we stayed at the property, hanging on the pool area, kid playing in playground and with their doughter and niece. We had a nice homemade dinner there too. We are very sorry that we stayed only for one night.

This family will make sure you feel like home. Vila is located up in the hill, so if you want to chill and enjoy tranquility this is perfect choice. Beyond all expectations

This place is PARADISE! Beds are super comfortable as well the pillows. The food is amazing, the breakfast that was included in the price was just so so delicious. Because of that we also paid for the launch. The value we've got for the paid lunch was nothing else but SUPREME! It was delicious as a breakfast. The host is a very very kind gentleman. The Villa probably has the best view in Vlore. If you're not booking this place you would be making a mistake! I wish it was free for more night!

The place is amazing. The owners are very helpful, open and taking care of their guests. There is a lovely view from the pool. I was impressed. The Villa is up on the hill, around 15 minute walk from the Promenade. It's perfect for people who enjoy private and calm neighborhood. Also, the food is organic, mostly comming from the owners garden. Breakfest was delocious! One of the best I've had during my holidays. They also served us a plate of fruits from their garden. I really recommend for everyone who is thinking to visit Vlora!

the best choice

In my opinion, the most important thing in travel is accommodation. This place is rated as the best accommodation during summer trip. And recommended it to a friend. A friend of mine came to stay here during a trip and we enjoyed the rest of the trip together. This place has a swimming pool and a play area, so it has the best conditions for young children. And the best thing is the fantastic sea view from the window. We will be traveling to vlorë next year to stay here as well.

Stunning location,wonderful place to stay.

The location is absolutely beautiful, breathtaking views set within a very peaceful area -bliss. The family Fatos,Besar,Ervis,Alda,Monda & Mjafta. are wonderful people whose hospitality is first class! - Thanks guys x The food was delicious- seafood was of the highest quality- thanks Fatos for the trips to collect the fresh seafood. It was my birthday during my stay and they arranged for a guitarist/ singalong with raki !!!. The area is safe for driving and there’s lots to see in the country with beautiful beaches/historic sites. See you all again soon!.

A go to place when in Vlorë

Beautiful and quiet place in the busy Vlorë. Everything is new, modern and well thought. The pool was amazing, breakfast delicious, even the whingebags looking for a different option each day will be content 😜. The place has this great vibe, you would feel like staying with friends, rather than in a hotel. And then the cherry on the top, the owner. Ervis goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are super comfortable. The guy is like a genie, emerges from the shadows whenever you need anything. Ervis, if you are reading this, you are doing an excellent job mate, thank you for hosting us

Friendly Hosts and amazing food

The Host Ervis and the Personal were really nice and Ervis picked us up infront of a Hotel to guide us to the Apartment. The Food was amazing (best Dinner we had in Albania). Everything was new and Clean. As it is outside of the City, it is quiet and the View was nice. Breakfast and Dinner was plenty!! We felt really Welcome. Thank you to the Hosts!

Hidden gem in Vlorë

Absolutely superb vila. The price is above average for Vlorë, but the services are well beyond average too. Modern and clean Vila, with super nice views over the sea. The experience you get would be rated as almost luxury in many countries. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast they prepare is top. Would undoubtedly repeat!
