First time solo travelling..would recommend it for anyone.

Loved it, owners friendly and very helpful & accommodating. Would return no problem at all.

It was a hand held shower, me being 70 it was awkward to wash hair but managed.

Very very basic

The cleaning staff were very polite, the balcony was nice.

The apartment was dated and very very basic. I was woken by a Cockerell crowing nearly every hour. Goats bleating. People arguing. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable, the shower door was broken and very tiny inside the shower. I was really disappointed as the pictures on booking.com do not select the true apartments.

Fantastic, Maria was responsive, welcoming and lovely to talk to.

Location was fantastic, 2-3 minutes walk from the main strip but quiet. Apartments were clean, modern and spacious. Plenty of hangers for clothes, chest of drawers in each bedroom. Lovely balcony with airer to dry towels and costumes etc. Plenty of glasses, kettle etc. We had fresh towels every 2-3 days. Handwash was in bathroom. washing up liquid and scourer and dishcloth available. we arrived to find toilet rolls and they were replenished but we bought more.

The only thing the apartments were missing is a pool but you can use the nearby hotels pools as long as you purchase drinks. there are 3 pools within 2 minutes walk. The only downside for us was lack of water in the apartments. The water pressure was dreadful and we had to wait 20 minutes for each of us to have a shower. This is however a problem across Sidari in general so not necessarily the fault of the apartments.

Location, air con & weather were perfect

Water pressure & temperature control not so great, freezing one minute boiling the next, beds uncomfortable and bed springs were very squeaky with any movement at all, no change of bed sheets for full week.

Want refund it was awful

We were moved 3 times to satisfy other guests , we were being cleaned around before we had even moved out and into next room , 9 am and we were being knocked on when check out isn’t until 10 , the unruly guests were also saying they were getting our rooms before we had been asked to move. We would like a full refund it ruined our holiday ! We didn’t even unpack , we were hassled ! Our whole party felt uncomfortable from the first day due to this !you shouldn’t move satisfied guests for unsatisfied moaners

I do not recommend these apartments.

Location of accommodation is great. Everything is nearby. Prompt communication with "owner".

The whole apartment was damp, every clothes we had were damp. They're not changing bedding so you can imagine how it feels to sleep in environment like this. Also the room was not clean enought. They gave us used towel, which was very stinky and dirty. But after we requested we got another one. Kitchen facilities are not enought for home cooking - there is only one pan and one big pot. The last day they didn't empty toilet bin. The main door and window are not sealing at all (under main door there is 2-3cm gap), so you can hear everything from outside. Other people from hotel were very loud, even in the night. You need to sleep with earplugs! We really didn't enjoy stay at this accommodation.

The only good thing about this place is the location and host who knows what places to recommend.

It started off bad, I got to my room very late after a day of traveling and found a bug and a 5cent coin on my bed (which was not mine of course). I called the host who said she checked the cleanliness of the apartment before, however I have my doubts. The apartment was full of dust and spider webs. The host came and said there was no other room available however when I told her I was going to call booking, she found me a nicer apartment on the second floor. IT wasn't totally cllean but it was better than the first, she promised me she would come by in the morning and clean it for me, however that never happened. The next day she said I would have to move again as that apartment was going to be occupied, so once again I was moved to the 1st floor to another room which was not that bad and a lot cleaner. It was not a very good experience so because of that I DON'T recommend this place. The location is very good and central though.

It's a nice place to stay at.

The localisation is ideal - not too far from the beach (walking distance), but far enough not to hear the noise from clubs on main Street. I've noticed they were making improvements to the building during our stay so year by year I believe this would get better and better. Maria was very helpful with anything we asked about, so no complaints in this matter. Rooms where clean, beds super comfy!! If you plan on cooking yourself at the place be prepared it's very basic utensils and dishes set (one pan, one pot, some cups and glasses), should be enough, but to us it was better to eat out (similar costs to making your own food to the prices in bars). There was coffee, tea, sugar and 2 bottles of water as welcome pack in the kitchen. Fridge works fine, hot water in shower (although it's small), clean towels, so for that price we were content with this stay. I recommend it if you don't have very high expectations.

In the advert there was no information about the AC being extra paid to use, we only found out after getting to the room. And with the window open we had plenty of mosquitos interrupting our sleep. So as some other guests who didn't mind making loud conversations at 1am...there was no TV in the room (which we wouldn't need anyway, but the advert said there is one in each room).

The location, because everything was close, restaurants, the beach and bus stops. We also liked the size of the room.

The owner of the property wasn't at the property when we arrived and we had to call her because we didn't got a message how to get the keys. The bed was big enough but it crackled a lot and we woke up multiple times during the night. Also we think the general cleanliness of the room wasn't good enough.

Old apartment furniture and clean cloud be better, lots of marks on the walls. Mattress wasn't comfortable, could feel the springs in my back. Lots of small bugs

We had a wonderful time.

Locations of the property is great. It is near the sandy Sidari beach which is great for younger kids. The place itself is quite. The staff was amazing! Maria was there every day for our every need.

Good style and everything you need for a good deal.

The bedroom was very nice, some cool details that make the room different from the others and a good style. The host were really kind. The bathroom was narrow but functional and complete with everything necessary. The position is little bit out of the center but, it is good because it is quiet and the center is reachable by a quick walk of 5 minutes. there is a parking lot outside just outside the structure. Rooms are clean and tidy

unfortunately the only available room had 2 separated single beds (it was mentioned in the booking). Air conditioning requires an EXTRA FEEE. We did not used it and slept well anyway.

They wanted to charge us 7 eur for one nights AC... I find that ridiculous. They gave us used shampoo and shower gel.

I would definitely recommend Elves Studios to my friends and relatives.

The location is wonderful. You can easily get to the beach which is just 5-7 minutes walking. Shops, cafes are also not far. Maria did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. She cleaned our rooms, called a taxi for us when we went back to the airport.

Shambles

.... We turned up the property was in darkness, no one there to let us in. Our taxi driver contacted the owner, his response was if they know the room no the key will be in the door.,..,we ended up going back to our original hotel, we were only going to sidari for one night

Low price apartment and works in low season.

The biggest plus of this apartment is that it works during low season. In beginning of November 80% of apartments and restaurants are closed and this one was available. That was the reason for our choice. The price is really low, so we could not hope for more. It is quite there. The apartment is not big, but renovated. It's 5 minutes walk from the centre. The host was nice and helped with check in via phone.

The apartment was not perfectly clean. The bed was not very comfortable. There were no batteries in the console, so we could not switch on the heating. And it was actual cold.
