We love staying at the apartment.

1. Easy to self-check-in. 2. Host was helpful and responsive 3. Convenient with a Coop downstairs and restaurants and a bakery nearby. 4. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and spices. 5. Has a fondue pot for cooking your own cheese or chocolate fondue.

1. I find the protruding silver rods for hanging towels in the toilet obstruct the movement to the shower space. I suggest either removing it totally and providing hooks on the wall or repositioning it such that it can be folded up when not in use, instead of moving it sideways when not in use. 2. No washing machine due to the building's policy, but the host has recommended a laundry service nearby. 3. Has to self-clear the rubbish.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location with a thoughtful and responsive host.

We loved the central location, everything was within walking distance. The property was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Guy was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, the stay was smooth and exceeded our expectations.

Feel like home🤍

The apartment is so cozy, it really feels like home! The facilities are beyond expectations – they have absolutely everything you could need. There's even a Coop right in front of the apartment! You can just walk downstairs and you're there, which is incredibly convenient. Getting around is easy too. Even though you need to take a bus from the train station, the bus stop is very close to the apartment, so it's not inconvenient at all and not a problem for us. The view is beautiful, overlooking the mountains, and it's so peaceful and quiet. We absolutely love it here!

Disappointing

Location

Informed of our arrival time but cleaner did not answer or meet us. Apartment does not heat up with the heaters. No washing facilities near by as mentioned. Had to go very far.

Nice!

Very nice! The apartment has almost everything you need. One thing that we missed was a coffee maker/machine. Although, we did appreciate that we could still make instant coffee (offered by the house) with the kettle. The apartment was clean and you could see the mountains from the windows. It was also nice that there were blinds in the windows so we could sleep in darkness. Guy answered quickly to our questions and was helpful. The store downstairs was super convenient.

One of my travelling companions said that they got symptoms of mold exposure here. They have a mold allergy, and spending a week here did cause them some symptoms like coughing, itchy eyes and so on. No one else from us got any symptoms, but this is something to consider if you have previously got symptoms from mould.

Would love to return

The apartment was clean and cosy. We can see the stunning view of snow mountain from living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The supermarket is located in the same building. Guy is very friendly and helpful and provided us with detailed and updated travel information before departure.

Hard to think of anything. Maybe wifi speed was a bit slow during peak hour which we understand. Perhaps the weather could have been nicer or that we could stay longer to enjoy the place. Hope to return next time.

Perfect location with all the amenities of home.

The location was perfect and the host had everything so well organized and labeled…there wasn’t anything I was missing to prepare meals for my family.

I honestly can’t think of anything…we can’t wait to stay here again!

Central place to discover the area

The accommodation is in a lovely region. The location is Matten, a quiet neighbourhood near Interlaken at walking distance from the center. The children enjoying a ride lake in the evening.

We both had different expectations of the location. The first picture is the view from the apartment, also nr 10. The apartment is located in a building above a supermarket. It looks more spacious at the pictures. The bath room is small. I did not like the polyester bed coverage. The children slept in the living room.
