The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The check-in instructions were extremely clear and informative, making the entire arrival process smooth and stress-free. A very thoughtful touch was that all guest passes were arranged for us, which allowed free local travel around Interlaken. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. its above a supermarket so easy to buy groceries. Although we never met the host in person, they were incredibly helpful and responsive over text throughout our stay. They also made it very easy for us to extend our stay when needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Interlaken.

Location
Informed of our arrival time but cleaner did not answer or meet us. Apartment does not heat up with the heaters. No washing facilities near by as mentioned. Had to go very far.
