Breakfast was good and adequate for the size of our family, however little boxes of cereal could have been included too
TV app options could have been better, like Netflix or Amazon Prime.

Spacious, clean apartment. Very central. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Easy walk to all main attractions.
We were provided with extra toilet roll and bin bags when we requested them.
Staff communicated by text and email and were most helpful. It would have been nice to meet someone in person.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom, coming from the drains I think. Nit sure if much can be done about this, it's a city and Portugal.

Did get the code on time, was waiting for someone to respond and we were waiting outside for half an hour
Ac was not up to the mark
Toilet fan was not working
