Las cerraduras muy antiguas y costaba mucho abrir y cerrar las puertas

Appartement utilisé par un ami : l’emplacement est vraiment top : tout se fait à pied (restaurants, bars, boutiques, visites, métro…).

Appartement utilisé par un ami : malheureusement la douche est dysfonctionnelle : le mitigeur ne fonctionne pas correctement, ce qui rend la température de l’eau difficile à régler. Il manque également quelques condiments de base dans la cuisine (sel, huile, etc.), ce qui serait pratique pour les voyageurs.

Excelente ubicación, buena limpieza, a un paso de todo, espacioso.

Creo que tienen que hacer cambio de colchón.

Staff was polite, helpful and dealt well with a difficult customer (meaning of course the frustrated and confused me). I got to store my backpack free of charge at their office before the unfortunate key pickup. All the furniture was new, place clean (apart from the ants), bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Towels and coffee provided. Location was fairly central. If I got the place I booked I probably would have been very satisfied.

Can't review the actual apartment. There was some issue with my original booking and the staff offered me another apartment a bit last minute when I came to pick up the keys - higher standard than the original, but I had to decline due to location. After a longer search they suggested another one, closer to where I wanted to stay originally, which I accepted without much thought. Sadly it turned out to be of lower standard (ground floor location caused it to have a stuffy, cellar-like smell; I didn't feel safe enough to open the windows for the duration of the night; there were small ants crawling around - some even made it onto the bed; staircase in the building was very loud, so I was awaken a few times by the neighbours), without any difference in price.
