La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de todo andando. El apartamento es grande y la cocina es nueva y funcional..
El cuarto de baño es viejo y necesita reforma urgente. La puerta no cierra y las paredes cerca de la ducha están destrozadas por la humedad. Al tener la ubicación tan céntrica, por la noche, se escucha mucho ruido del ambiente cercano. No hay buena insonorización a través de las ventanas.

Location is amazing. You’re already in the middle of everything, so you can walk to anything. Apartment was very clean.
I had trouble getting in - I felt like instructions were confusing, I had to call the management a few times to gain access. Finally, the AC did not work at all.

You are in a city centre so there will always be an element of noise but this is beyond the control of the owner.
