The path down to the entrance is very uneven and looks neglected. The outside seating area needs an awning as a sun shade/shelter from showers

Location is great, within walking distance to all the attractions.

Very loud during the day, had to keep windows closed most of the time. But more peaceful at night. The internet is definitely not high speed as advertised. We had to reboot the router multiple times, which still did not solve the issues. My husband was working during our three week stay, and he would be dropped from the WiFi at most, every 15 minutes (more often 3-5 minutes). He gave up and just connect his laptop to his phones data plan. The kitchen is very sparse (had the least amount of dishes, pots/pans, and other accessories of all the apartments we stayed in on our trip. No cleaning supplies. We stayed 3 weeks, but there were no supplies to clean the apartment. We ended up using disaffecting wipes I typically travel with. Here again, all other apartments had these supplied (not that I used them as those stays were shorter). Overall the apartment was clean, with the exception of the bathroom shower. There was black mold lining the entire bottom of the shower wall. I found this unacceptable. Rug is curled up on the long edges, which created a tripping hazard.
