For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, grocery, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station 2 km, sandy beach. Sports harbour 5 km. Nearby attractions: Tivoli Wordl. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.
