8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location was amazing. Washing and dryer worked fine and was very helpful for our trip. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful. Very spacious.
Some of the carpets/walls seem dated and have gone through some water damage or wear and tear. The checkin process could be streamlined better (we had to go to a separate office to go through the checkin briefing and pay the Kyoto tax - which could all have been done digitally as other accommodations do). Not a negative but more awareness for others - If booking the upstairs unit which has more space and the nicer view, do not there is a narrow staircase to get up to the unit. For those with mobility issues or heavy luggage, this could be a problem.
