    Overall, we had a pleasant stay. While the room felt a little tight for four people, the staff were absolutely wonderful , extremely professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out and made our stay enjoyable.

    Great stay and near to key areas like Gion and Potoncho. That said, you have to set aside around a 20mins bus ride from Kyoto Station. Public bath(3pm to midnight, 6am to noon) and laundry/ dryer are available. However, it is preferred that cold water is provide onsite after the hot bath, and more towels are provided for this wanting to take multiple hot baths.

    If you are looking for a modern ryokan, this is the perfect choice for you. Do opt for the breakfast as well as it is beautifully plated, and definitely Instagramable. Short walking distance from the main shopping street, has a udon shop, a cafe and a family mart on the ground floor of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and nice too.
