Nice cottage for a relaxing break

Close to the sea, reasonably priced, a superb Indian restaurant within a minute's walk, DVD player, comfortable sofas, friendly staff

Slightly dated decor, but that's fine if it keeps the price down! No Wi-Fi but again we can live with that. The bedrooms would be quite bright in summer as there are only blinds and voile curtains.

Joe came to meet us at the cottage at 3 am after our ferry was delayed! He could not have been kinder or more helpful. He had put a Christmas tree up for us, left us tea, coffee and biscuits and came to tell us we did not have to rush to leave at the end of our holiday.

Great location, good views, v quick access to the Lough Foyle ferry and to great coastal walks.

Great location for views, ferry, walks and more. V quiet. Easy to get to Giants Causeway and Inishowen 100.

Need to drive to good restaurants...but only 5 minutes away. There is a local chippy and bar...but they close quite early in the evening. No local bakery.

Cosy family cottage

The cottage was beautiful, clean and cosy. We made good use of the kitchen for family meals around the dinner table. We loved our time here! Donal was lovely and very welcoming! I would highly recommend this as wee cottage!

I loved the location. The house was cosy and clean. Donal was excellent and had the house ready on arrival with a lovely fire on. He was also so kind to drop down more wood for the fire I really loved this house and would stay again.

I booked this 5 days before my stay. During that time the property management company sent me far too many automated messages. I counted 11 messages in total for the 5 days up until my stay.

The quietness and location were amazing and everything you needed was within walking distance

Pleasant, comfortable and relaxing place to visit

Location was perfect with scenic views and easy access to al amenities. Plenty of places to visit and lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from, not to mention the coastline walks and beaches near by.

The location was ok , convenient to restaurant, pub and very good beach

The property was disappointing to be honest, we have high standards and always clean anywhere we stay but were astonished at how poorly this property was on our arrival, indeed the carpet on the stairs needed replacing more than vacuumed, it was filthy, the beds were beyond uncomfortable and indeed everything about the property was the absolute basic minimum. If you enlarge the photo I have added you will see a sweet paper and mounds of dust, I moved a fireside rug to vacuum and this dirt was underneath, disappointing doesn’t begin to describe my feelings

Some of the cutlery was dirty, kettel and grill didn't work properly. Cups chipped and general disarray with cutlery drawers. Freezer compartment in fridge had no door so all ice cream melted. Only enough water for one quick shower no matter how long immersion was on.

Nice place, terrible booking agency.

The place is fine. It looks it's age, but the view is good and the rooms are comfortable. Host was lovely and the place was clean and warm.

The booking process was abysmal - Reserve Apartments were absolutely awful to deal with! Automated reminders to pay, even though I had already paid, strange requests to visit the neighbours to assure them I'm there with good reason (which would surely increase chances of covid transmission?). Also multiple requests for my agreeing to UK laws when neither I, nor the property are in the UK. Just constant unnecessary correspondence, but nothing about how to get keys until I asked specifically! Not a chance I'll book with Reserve Apartments again.
