No problem with keys or entry to property. Apartment was clean and the facilities were good.

Poor cleanliness. The apartment we had booked had been misrepresented so didn't have enough beds. The manager sorted this by moving and giving us a second one bed apartment so we were in 2 and 4. Both need a deep clean and had several areas needing repairs - doors which are difficult to close/ leaking showers/ broken blinds. The oven was filthy - and not from just one 'missed clean'. Dishwasher hadn't been emptied. Linens of poor quality and didn't fit the beds.
When I notified the owner of the issues on the evening after arrival, they didn't respond. I sent photos the next morning and instead of apologising, they just said thank you for letting them know.
