2 Bedroom House By Travel Lets Holiday Homes Derry With Garden

VERY close to the downtown area and VERY walkable. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable (old and saggy), and we had trouble with the door lock. On our first day we could not lock the door when leaving to explore the downtown and called the customer service number to get assistance. They said someone will be over shortly to assist. We waited 4.5 hours and no one showed up. We finally were able to lock it; however, we lost a half day messing around with the stupid lock. I even sent the folks a video of what I was doing, and they confirmed I was doing it properly. VERY disappointed in the customer service aspect of our trip.

The house looks very good and clean, there's nothing to say maybe need a clothes hunger at the back of the bathroom door.

I think everything are good , well decorated and comfortable, found everything i needed

The location was good, the house was clean and very homely. It was well furnished.

The heaters were not working or switched on so the house was cold

Bedrooms are located upstairs and the one bathroom was down stairs at the back of the house --- no big deal just making people aware of the bathroom location and that there is two flights of steps to get to the bedroom on the 2nd level
