Nice clean house in a good location to walk to the peace bridge

It has everything you need in a small house if staying in derry for a few days
Bedrooms are located upstairs and the one bathroom was down stairs at the back of the house --- no big deal just making people aware of the bathroom location and that there is two flights of steps to get to the bedroom on the 2nd level

I was sent 2 codes for the key box and told the 2nd code was the one to use. However after several unsuccessful attempts I tried the first code and that worked

The location of this property is ideal for a family; it is not in the centre of the city where it was noisy at night, it is in a residential area, a short walk from the city centre. The property is a small terraced townhouse. They keys are in a lockbox at the front and the hosting company send you a code for access before your stay. You don't have to meet the host or get keys which is convenient.
The house is well stocked with everything you need for a self catering stay. Dogs are welcome here and there were even some dog treats if you want to have them. There is a small courtyard out the back and the front, but no grass for dogs to go to the toilet, however there are some grassy areas a short walk from the property so it's not difficult for that nighttime pee! The house is small and although it is very comfortably decorated, sometimes we found ourselves hitting off sofa arms and tables to get around each other. We all agreed that we would prefer the comfort of the furniture, over the lack of space; it's not a complaint, rather an observation. The area felt safe and was very quiet. We could park for free just outside the property. The house itself is comfortable and modernly decorated. My family of 4 plus 2 dogs all really enjoyed the stay, and it was like a home away from home.
Although the decor was lovely and modern, there was a lot of stuff in the house, cushions in particular and we found ourselves finding it hard to find spaces to put the stuff where we needed space. There was a locked 3rd room in the house, and imagine it would be opened if there were more guests in the house, this would have been a good place to put the surplus cushions and throws.
The house was cold when we arrived. We figured out the heating and it was not difficult to get it going, but it did take a while to heat up - it would have been nice for the hosting company to have it warm when we arrived.
