El alojamiento está puesto con todo lujo de detalles ¡hasta planchas de pelo! Todo está muy cuidado y pensado. Se puede ir andando al centro de Derry por el puente de la Paz, aunque para ir a la parte republicana del barrio Bogside sí que cogimos el coche porque queda un poco más apartado.

Lo único que nos resultó un poco incómodo es que no teníamos casi sitio en las habitaciones para dejar las maletas abiertas (era un viaje de ruta largo y las usábamos de armario).

Lovely property. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

VERY close to the downtown area and VERY walkable. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable (old and saggy), and we had trouble with the door lock. On our first day we could not lock the door when leaving to explore the downtown and called the customer service number to get assistance. They said someone will be over shortly to assist. We waited 4.5 hours and no one showed up. We finally were able to lock it; however, we lost a half day messing around with the stupid lock. I even sent the folks a video of what I was doing, and they confirmed I was doing it properly. VERY disappointed in the customer service aspect of our trip.

- Good location; we enjoyed walking over the bridge to the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood. - Property host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond - Kitchen and bathroom nicely redone.

- Mattress was very soft; felt like I would roll right off the edge. Would have preferred a more standard hotel mattress. - Bedrooms are small compared to what we are used to: I would suggest replacing the armchair with a luggage rack as we did not have space to keep luggage open and had to take turns opening our suitcases. -
